Shipping & Returns


We want to get you your MONSTER COOLER® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your MONSTER to work sooner.

If you happen to need expedited shipping or special arrangements, we’ll do our best to make that happen. Please send us a message, so they can assist you with your order.

Transit time varies based on location.  All items ship from Madeira Beach, Florida. 

Back Orders
If an item is on back order we will ship your order when all items becomes available. If the back ordered product is not available within 14 days we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


We use USPS service on all shipments within the continental U.S. unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 48 hours for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

The following couriers can be used if customer contacts us for prior approval:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your MONSTER COOLER® as we are. We are a small business and worked hard to design the best product out there. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. 


You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused and free of damage or alterations.  
A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
